Purpose
An artist who wants to turn drawings into stickers, a mother who wants her child to discover Zhuyin, an owner managing paperwork across several companies. Every product starts with understanding someone’s life and hopes.
Stickers need precise dimensions, a child’s adventure needs playful companionship, and financial documents need a clear workflow. I choose the interactions and platforms that fit the people using each product.
Artwork ready for a print shop, a world a child wants to explore again, documents ready for an accountant. I focus on how each product fits into daily life and keep improving it through feedback from real use.
About
Wen Studio is my one-person studio, working between Taipei and Europe. My background is in product security analysis, so security is part of the design from the start, not patched on at the end. I build apps for iPhone and iPad, plus web and desktop tools. From the first conversation through proposal, development, testing and delivery, you work with the same person the whole way.
I believe good tools grow out of someone’s daily routine, not out of a feature list. So I won’t open by asking what features you want. I’ll ask what you repeat every day, and which step bothers you most.

Alongside the studio's products, I run my own research. These are personal research projects, not products or services for sale.
Real security vulnerabilities, explained for people who are not security specialists.
My personal research project. It tracks public vulnerability data every day (the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog, OSV and more), shows how each attack unfolds with an attack flow diagram, and explains how to detect, fix and respond with a blue team playbook. The focus is supply-chain and AI security.

Products
Turn one image into a print-ready sticker.
A tool made for a friend who draws on the side. Pick an image from Photos, Files or the camera, then crop it, choose a shape and set a border in millimetres, all on your phone. Export to Photos, SVG cut files or WhatsApp stickers, or generate a PDF for the print shop.
Currently a TestFlight beta, 1.0 (16). The App Store link goes live after release.
A Zhuyin game. Raise a little pet and go on adventures together.
A game made for a mother raising her child abroad. The child builds their own character, adopts a cute little pet, mines the island for Zhuyin gems and comes back to play with the pet. Zhuyin is something you find on the way, not homework.
In development. Not yet in TestFlight.
Scan, organise, hand off to accounting.
A tool made for an owner running a few small companies in different places. Invoices, contracts and financial documents are filed by company, scanned on the phone, read by OCR for line items and amounts, then confirmed, exported to Excel and uploaded with the originals for the accountant.
The iPhone version is in TestFlight beta. The App Store link goes live after release. Android is planned.
