Story

It started with an owner’s month-end

An owner runs a few small companies in different places.

Each company has its own invoices, contracts and financial documents, and its own accountant. The paperwork lives in the phone's photo library, in email threads and in drawers. At the end of the month he has to find every sheet, then copy each line item and amount into a spreadsheet by hand. The more companies, the longer it takes, and the easier it is to copy something wrong.

What he wanted was simple. Photograph it, file it under the right company, get the amounts right, hand it over.

Folumi is being made for that. The iPhone version is now in TestFlight beta.

How it works
